Happy Dog Baby Giant Lamb & Rice

Ideal for puppies of extra-large breeds

The optimal fat and protein content supports your puppy through the months of most intensive growth. This will allow him to build body mass and powerful muscles. A balanced diet will also ensure that he develops healthy ligaments, joints, and a lovely glossy coat. The tasty lamb, highly-digestible rice, and nutritious New Zealand mussels in Happy Dog Baby Giant Lamb & Rice ensure optimum development, even for sensitive puppies. With its poultry-free recipe, this super-premium complete feed is even ideal for sensitive little gourmets. Our Happy Dog Natural Life Concept® is a holistic approach that ensures each ingredient will benefit your dog's body.

The unique heart-shaped biscuits are not simply nice to look at. The special shape, with the hole in the middle, makes it particularly easy to chew and digest. The larger surface area means that the biscuits are optimally broken down in the stomach.

Once they reach 7 months, they should be gradually changed over to Happy Dog Junior Lamb & Rice.

Made in Germany to strict quality standards.

From 27 weeks slowly change over to Junior Giant Lamb & Rice.

Note: The amount of food should be adjusted gradually every 2 - 3 days until the amount recommended for the next age band is reached.

General feeding guide:

  • Weigh puppies regularly and document weight development.
  • It may be necessary to adjust the amount of food for individual pets.
  • Do not give too much to eat - make sure growth is not too fast.
  • If you give snacks, reduce the amount of food accordingly. Hint: use part of the daily food ration as a snack substitute.
  • Give the food dry or add warm water (roughly 60° C) and leave to soak briefly.
  • Divide the daily food ration into several meals (3-4).
  • Fresh drinking water should be available at all times.
